This is the Finance Committee's Road Improvement Master Plan Meeting

Additional Information

Participation: The meeting agenda stated "Please plan to attend. Your input is essential to develop a comprehensive Master Plan," with a link to attend via Zoom. Zoom attendees were allowed to attend, however, they were not allowed to participate and provide their input.
Miles of Road: In the meeting, it is incorrectly stated multiple times that CLRRA has 86 miles of road. Last year, a property owner used Google Maps to measure the CLRRA roads. There are approximately 65 miles of roads in CLRRA. This number was later confirmed by a member of the Board. Zoom attendees attempted to correct this number during the meeting, however, they were not recognized to speak.

Current expenditures, postage and collection costs are high.
Employee budget is on track.
Equipment maintenance is very high.
A former CLRRA president presented that unused, dedicated road improvement money from 2013-14 was moved into operating reserves. It was not used for road improvement and was not refunded to members. The committee will research these funds.
